Imagine this hideous thing, but more erect and agile and with the ears further down and taking up most of the face, and not forgetting long, slightly venomous fangs, and make it travel in packs, be nocturnal and make a creepy laughing/screaming sound, and you have the Nightstalker. Apologies to Dougal Dixon.
The Nightstalker is a creepy nocturnal monstrosity from the future and possibly an ancestor of the Future Predator. They exist 55 million years in the future and are among the deadliest predators of the time. They are never seen until it's too late and they're surrounding you, laughing as they kill you.
